And then there is emails like this, that You usually DO NOT SEE (who has products so wonderful that the user will take the time to do this?):
'Dear Support:
I read the information on your site and tried to buy your ebook, but I was worried by a popup message on your Order Page WARNING me there was a script error and did I want to continue...'
